Is the free diagnostic really free?

Yes, our diagnostics are really free. We will perform a check on your PCs to make sure they are running at their peak performance. We also perform a tech survey to make sure you are maximizing the use of all your electronic devices.

Do you offer other services than what is listed on the site?

Yes we do offer other services. For a custom tech solution please submit a request through our website, email us at service@techsolutionsoftampa.com or call us at (813)-695-5769.

How early can I schedule an appointment?

We are available for in home service from 8am-8pm 7 days a week. When scheduling an appointment you can usually expect a service tech to be at your home within 24 hours sometimes sooner.

Do I need to be present at the time of the appointment?

No, but someone over the age of 18 must be present at the time of your diagnostic or service. We would recomend that the actual PC user be present so we can ensure customer satisfaction with our service. If someone over the age of 18 cannot be present, please call us so that we can reschedule the appointment at a better time for you.

Can you assist with new product purchases?

Yes we do assist with new product purchases, please contact us and we will be happy to tell you how.

Why is there no pricing listed for business users?

We find that most business users require a more customized approach to our tech service. Please call us and we can show you how to get the most out of computing products to help your business.
